The art of eating beautifully, anywhere in the world.

My Story

This whole thing started because I’m addicted to the exact second when the light shifts and everything suddenly feels like it was made just for you.

At first it was small, intimate moments I’d chase with my camera – the way late-afternoon sun spills across linen, the soft hush right before blue hour, the quiet magic of a table set for no reason other than beauty. I posted those fragments on @picnicpalette and watched thousands of you stop scrolling, save the photo, and ask for more.

But the longer I traveled, the bigger the feeling got.

It stopped being about any one setup or object. It became about the way certain light makes your chest tighten. About the silence that falls when the sky turns peach and rose and gold all at once. About standing in a place where time feels optional and every breath is a little deeper.

Instagram captions couldn’t hold it anymore. There were too many details, too many quiet secrets about how to find that light, how to be exactly where the world looks softest, how to bottle a moment that makes you forget the rest of your life for a minute.

So one night – red wine, fairy lights, messy bun – I looked at my saved posts and realized: This is about the art of eating in places that make your soul do a little happy dance.

I didn’t want to leave @picnicpalette behind (it’s still my heart, my community, the origin story), but I needed a bigger space to spill everything – the timelines, the quiet corners of the world, the way certain hours feel like a secret only you and the sky share without the 2,200 character limit.

That’s when The Curated Palette was born.

The Curated Palette is still me – same girl who will reroute an entire trip for one perfect bite in one perfect light, or one hotel that turns an ordinary dinner into magic - but now there’s room for every table I’ve ever fallen in love with, every suite with a view, every heart-skipping moment I’ve ever tasted or woken up to.

It’s the evolution of a light-obsessed soul that learned the whole world is a canvas – one perfect hour at a time.

So yeah… that’s the story. Same dreamer. Bigger sky.

Come chase the light with me. There’s always room for one more. ✨
